Many of laptops are coming now days with Windows 7 English preinstalled.those who are interested to change the interface to local language ,download the language pack files from Microsoft.com
(use Vistalizator if you have Home Basic or Home Premium versions )
How ever, you may face difficulties to type in local language at login screen if you did not setup your language setting properly while installing.follow the instruction below to re enable the language switching at logon screen.(use Vistalizator if you have Home Basic or Home Premium versions )
Open Control Panel > Regional and Language Settings and go to Administrative tab
Click on Copy setting and enable Welcome screen and system accounts
Click Ok and now you can write password in your local language at login screen
